It’s the night before the challenge begins!   

 

This is the objective for the next 30 Days:

 

  • To understand the effects of porn use on the brain
  • To understand why guys keep looking at porn even when they try to stop
  • To understand that porn use is a symptom of a deeper issue
  • To understand how to overcome a porn habit.
  • To answer the question: Is it worth it overcome a porn habit?
  • For guys who currently have a habit of porn (or any unwanted sexual behavior) to go 30 straight days without giving in.

 

We recognize that people are taking this challenge for a lot of different reasons.  We wrote this for you take it as if you have a porn story – even if you don’t. We recommend taking it through that lens. 

 

If there is ever a moment during this challenge that you feel shame, know that this is not our objective at all! We are not trying to shame anyone, there’s enough of that going around already.  

 

We truly want to help you become the man that you are meant to be and that comes with having good and healthy habits. 

 

Your first email will come about 5 am but feel free to do it at your most convenient time.
