The faster scale shows the different stages that one progresses through from this place of restoration to relapse. The slide down. The faster scales typically initiated by emotional pain or lifestyle craziness. The first step away from restoration is forgetting priorities. You start believing your present circumstances and moving away from trusting God. This changes what’s important and how you spend your time and energy. Some of the ways it may manifest itself are through secrets, less time and energy for God. Avoiding accountability or breaking promises and commitments, all of which show a loss of priorities for getting priorities will lead to anxiety, which is when you have a growing background noise of undefined fear. These are some of the manifestations of being in the anxiety stage where you begin to get energy from emotions. As you grow in self-awareness, it will be helpful to add to and subtract from these lists so you can personalize them.

Speaker 2:                           02:08                     Anxiety leads to speeding up. You are trying to outrun the anxiety. In this stage. You are super busy and always in a hurry. You can’t relax and you avoid slowing down. It can manifest itself with too much caffeine, nervousness, difficulty listening to others or making excuses for having to do it all. Speeding up then leads to ticked off. In this stage you get an adrenaline high on anger and aggression. Anger produces chemicals in your brain. That can be a way to medicate and amount. When you are angry, it blocks out the other emotions that you want to avoid in this stage can give you a sense of control, though you may be actually losing control and sliding down the scale. These are the common manifestations that can indicate that you’re in this stage ticked off, then leads to exhausted or you have a loss of physical and emotional energy coming off the adrenaline.

Speaker 2:                           03:04                     High symptoms of the exhausted stage can include depression, panic, confusion, hopelessness, and irrational thinking to name a few exhausted then leads to relapse.
